The Smyrna Leadership Exchange (SLE) is a highly selective, 12-month leadership program created through a strategic partnership between the Smyrna Business Association (SBA). Designed for engaged business and community leaders, SLE provides a behind-the-scenes understanding of how Smyrna operates while fostering the relationships, insight, and collaboration needed to influence business growth, investment, and long-term community success. Through direct access to city leadership, business community leaders and immersive monthly sessions, participants gain the knowledge and connections to play a more active role in shaping Smyrna’s future. Program Overview: SLE is a cohort-based experience which will offer 15 to 20 community leaders monthly, half-day sessions that combine education, discussion, and real-world exposure to the people and systems driving Smyrna forward. • Demonstrate a commitment to community involvement
• Want to grow as leaders while contributing to others

• Are committed to participating fully in a 12-month experience 

Participants are selected through an application process to ensure a diverse, high-caliber cohort. Investment: Annual Participation: $1,500 per person Includes all program sessions, experiences, lunch, and leadership development throughout the year.
