Speaker: Farrell Middleton with Bell Curve

Farrell Middleton is the President and Founder of the Bell Curve of Life, a unique teaching, coaching, and mentoring program that focuses on circumstances that people find themselves in on a routine basis, both personally and professionally.  His mission and focus to add value by promoting positive changes for individuals and organizations.  The goal is to help people become A level performers and to help business owners and leaders create A level environments.  If both can be achieved, success will follow, and failure will be rare.  This is accomplished by focusing on positive attitudes, leadership and management directives, strong communication skills, and enhanced team dynamics.

Farrell is a former business owner and 36 a year veteran of the residential land development and homebuilding industry.  Upon graduating from Georgia Tech with Honors in 1986, he immediately entered the field in the Atlanta metropolitan area.  Becoming a manager at the age of 22, his career flourished and he continued to assume greater levels of responsibility until his exit in 2022.
