July SBA Monthly Luncheon

Teresa Bishop works with the Small Business Development Center at the University of Georgia and has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and small business owner, in both the retail and service industries. Her extensive history as a business proprietor, coupled with her understanding of the challenges and pressures entrepreneurs face, has instilled in her a deep admiration for their determination. Equipped with a strong aptitude for analysis and planning, she has committed herself to assisting business owners to reach their financial goals.

Teresa will be speaking specifically about the “Myths and Realities of Small Business Funding” and the new State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) program. This program helps small businesses access capital and is particularly beneficial to women and minority-owned businesses.
