According to an extensive 2024 report by the National Federation of Independent Businesses, only 12% of small businesses consider Finding and Keeping Skilled Employees “Not a Problem”. That means hiring and keeping the RIGHT employees is a problem at some level for 88% of small businesses! Our experience shows that much of this issue can be remedied by understanding your company’s Core Values and using a simple, time-tested tool to ensure you are hiring to the proper standard.
