The Organized Chaos By V staff understand that many items may have sentimental value and memories attached, therefore we will never pressure you. We will help you decide what to do with them i.e.: keep, donate, or repurpose. Everyone is different; therefore, we work with each person exclusively to create a system that works for them. ORGANIZING/DECLUTTERING – We work with our clients to thoughtfully sort, simplify, and organize their belongings using clear, visual, and low stress methods that support everyone including ADHD and other neurodiverse thinking styles. Our process breaks tasks into manageable steps, uses simple categories and visual systems, and honors each client’s natural habits. The result is a calm, functional space with systems that are easy to maintain and tailored to individual comfort levels and goals. PRE-SELL DECLUTTERING - Clean, organized spaces attract buyers and highlight the property’s true potential. Less clutter means fewer boxes, fewer trucks, and lower expenses. Sellers are already halfway packed when it’s time to transition to their new home. UNPACKING & SETUP SUPPORT – Helping residents settle in quickly and easily to reduce anxiety of moving. We also remove all boxes and packing materials. DOWNSIZING ASSISTANCE –We work with our clients to figure out what items they want to keep and what will fit into their new space, then what which items to donate, give to another family or dispose of. Also able to coordinate shipping or local delivery of items to family members. ACCESSIBLE HOME ORGANIZATION – Arranging spaces for safety and convenience to minimize hazards. Whether they use a cane, walker, or wheelchair, we create layouts that work for everyone. We help our clients find easy to open containers, lightweight and right-sized food packaging, arthritis-friendly grips and handles. AFTER‑LOSS SUPPORT SERVICES – We provide thoughtful, judgment‑free support as families navigate the closing of a loved one’s home. Our team manages packing, sorting, donation coordination, responsible disposal, and delivery of selected items to relatives. Estate sale facilitation and junk‑removal coordination are available upon request.
