Bridges Holmes, Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Sustainability at The Adecco Group North America, is a recognized thought-leader in DEI and authentic leadership. He leads the development and execution of inclusive strategies across the Adecco family of companies and brings a powerful blend of cross-functional leadership, global collaboration, and social impact insight. With prior roles at MarketSource and Cox Automotive, Bridges has shaped talent pipelines, enhanced workplace inclusion, and driven community engagement. A University of Georgia alumnus, he holds certifications in diversity recruitment and change management and is frequently honored as a DEI influencer for his ability to connect people, processes, and passion.
